User Interface for Technology Control
Zapletal, Filip ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
This paper describes systems and user interfaces for monitoring and supervisory control of technological equipment. It describes basic approaches used to solve this problem, commonly used communication protocols and existing user interfaces. Based on those findings are defined requirements for design of a modern user interface for technology supervision and control, particularly in the area of clean and waste water distribution systems. The thesis concludes with a description of a user interface based on defined requirements and finally compares them with existing systems.
Machine vision for product inspection
Strach, Petr ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with machine vision in connection with robotic production systems. The theoretical part deals with machine vision hardware, principles and characteristics of machine vision, typical tasks in connection with machine vision, robot guidance using a camera, logical tasks for image processing in the TwinCAT program. The practical part focuses on the design of a robotic workplace with a camera to control the rotation of the part. This workplace was first put into operation virtually and then tested at a real workplace.
A Probe of Build Automation for Continuous Integration
Kačmarčík, Martin ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a probe of build automation for continuous integration. The problem is solved by integrating existing systems such as Foreman, Jenkins and GitLab into a single system. The contribution of this thesis is a functional solution that is ready to be used in low- and middle-scale projects.
Use of sensors in industrial application
Horák, Vítězslav ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with use of industry sensors in automated process. Introduction of the bachelor thesis describes historical development of industry and the need of automation and sensory. The main part sorts sensors for object detection, distance measurement and speed measurement by its technology, ability to detect different materials detection and its special types clearly. Their main advantages and disadvantages, informative prices and examples of uses are mentioned below. The last part of thesis summarizes mentioned types of sensors with their typical uses, advantages and disadvantages.
Construction of single-purpose machine for grinding bricks LI CRETE
Hubálek, Tomáš ; Dzimko, Marián (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a one-purpose machine for grinding concrete light-permeable bricks LiCrete. The bricks LiCrete are a new interior design component. The final step of manufacturing is wet grinding with high quality and accuracy. At the same time it is grinded the concrete and light-permeable parts made by polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA). It is important to keep size and quality appearance of the bricks. The research part contains description of the problems related to the grinding of the bricks LiCrete. The next part is about conceptual variants of the solution. The construction contains the complex solution of one-purpose machine with technical drawings. The last part include a conceptual design of continuous high-productive machine for grinding LiCrete bricks.
Parametric programming in Fanuc control system
Hynčica, Vojtěch ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the use of parametric programming family of workpieces. The practical part includes the design of production technology and the creation of a parametric programs for the production of a given group of workpieces using a workpiece measuring probe. The use of common and system variables can be applied to the toolpath programming and the measurement of workpiece offsets, workpieces and machined areas by a workpiece probe and for measuring and checking tools using a tool probe. Measured values can be used in conditional programming to increase the level of automation of the manufacturing process.
Robotic Rubik's Cube Folding
Lukšíček, David ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This Master thesis deals with design, assembly realization and commissioning of the robotic system for automated solving of Rubik's cube puzzle. In the beginning of the thesis there are mentioned some of the existing projects for this purpose. Following chapters present desing concepts of the whole construction. In the final chapters there are mentioned software controlling structures as well as economical summary.
Virtual launch of the robotic welding and gluing line using Tecnomatix - Process Simulate
Tomeček, Radim ; Juříček, Martin (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and creation of a virtual twin of a robotic cell intended to simulate and create a virtual launch of this cell. The goal was to design the layout of the robotic cell and subsequently create a full virtual run of an automated robotic workstation designed for spot welding, MIG welding and bonding processes. The initial research section deals with the individual technologies to be simulated. Subsequently, three designs for the layout of the robotic workstation are developed in this thesis. After evaluating and selecting the design, a virtual twin of the robotic cell is created using Process Simulate and then all the processes are simulated resulting in the virtual launch of the cell.
